• No-fee job search club for unemployed persons 40 years of age and older with at least 10 years experience in professional-level careers: a supportive network of peers and access to computers, Internet, reference materials.
• Five-day workshop leading to membership: a program of intensive classes on résumé writing, networking, interviewing, etc.
• Weekly general meetings and special mini-workshops: networking sessions and guest speakers focusing on career-related topics.
