No-Fee Job Postings

Post your job openings at our Career Resource Center and on CalJOBS, EDD’s no-fee Internet job listing system. CalJOBS is accessible to the public 24 hours per day, seven days per week, through any computer that has Internet capability.

On-Site Recruitments

Employers use MEC facilities to conduct on-site recruitments. Recent employers who used this service include Safeway, Puroclean, Westamerica Bank, In-N-Out Burger, Macy’s, and more.

Recruitment Calendar

MEC can help get the word out about your recruitment efforts. A monthly MEC Recruitment Calendar is posted on our web site and at our Career Resource Center, as well as emailed to employment and training service organizations throughout Marin.

Employer Forms & Publications

Staff are available to answer questions on employment topics, give assistance in obtaining state forms and publications, and make referrals to appropriate government agencies.

Special Programs for Enhancing Workforce Expansion Efforts

MEC informs employers about special programs that can help reduce the cost of expanding your workforce, such as tax credits for hiring employees or options for on-the-job training wage reimbursement.
