Need a specific form or publication?

Many government forms needed for businesses are available on the Internet. For EDD (Employment Development Department) forms, go to www.edd.ca.gov

We also maintain a  library of EDD forms, publications and up-to-date reference materials. For information, call (415) 507-2111.

For individuals who have a business concept and have started the planning process, but are not currently operating a business.

Would you like to have a voice in supporting workforce issues?

Join the Marin Employer Advisory Council (EAC), made up of volunteer representatives from local businesses. The group's purpose is to promote a strong partnership between EDD and the business community. Throughout the year, the EAC sponsors a number of seminars on issues important to local employers. Serve on the Workforce Investment Board of Marin County (WIB), composed of representatives of business, education, labor, and community-based organizations. Members are appointed by the Marin County Board of Supervisors. The WIB sets policy to guide and support the workforce and the employers of Marin County. For more information, call (415) 473-3364.
